Cowon has announced the release of its new portable multimedia player – V5 HD.
A stylish device supports content in HD, as can be inferred from its name. V5 is equipped with a 4.8-inch display with a resolution of WVGA (800 × 480).
PMP running Windows CE 6.0 and supports video H.264 720p. Images can be output to an external HD-screen on port HDMI. Also, the device has a slot dl cards SDHC, Digital TV-Tuner (DMB), Jet Effect 3.0, BBE +.
Dimensions of the portable multimedia player 128 × 82×15.7 mm and weighs 197 grams. Shipping Cowon V5 HD will be a 32, 16 and 8 GB of internal memory, its value – 265 euro (32 GB), 177 euro (8 GB).
